How to Make a Return
- Sign into your account via the SaveOnBlanks.ca website.
- Once you are signed in, you will see your order history.
- Locate the order(s) you wish to return.
- Click Return items?
- Select the item(s) and quantities.
- Select the return reason.
- Submit the return request.
- Once we receive your request, we'll send you an email with the next steps.
Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
- Returns must be authorized by SaveOnBlanks.ca.
- Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused.
- Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Altered or washed garments are non-returnable.
Additional Details
- Returns sent to unauthorized locations may incur extra fees.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must be sent via courier; local drop-off is unavailable.
- Defective, damaged, or lost item claims must be made within 10 days of purchase.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Refunds take 5-7 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
Exchanges
- Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges.
Orders Returned to Sender
- Please be aware that orders returned to sender are subject to a restocking fee.
Order Cancellations
- Orders are processed within 10 minutes and cannot be changed or canceled.
- Processing occurs even outside business hours.
- Review your order carefully before submitting.
- The return policy applies once an order has shipped.
